There are currently Condo's for sale from 199k to 250k and several taxiway homes starting at 525k. Most of the taxiway, hangar homes are in the 700k-800k range a few are over 1.1 mil and there is one for 5.7 mil. Spruce Creek has a lot of activities and has a good location but there a lot of inventory and I would be willing to bet that these asking prices are probably 10% -20% over priced.
