Many aviation property owners correctly feel that the local MLS does not highlight the unique nature of their investment therefore, most available properties are advertised by the seller or listing agent in aviation specific websites.
The goal of this website is to act as a general clearinghose for aviation property, and to provide the buyer with good visibility into the market in general. I do not attempt to "google page rank" myself above other realtors hoping the buyer sees me first.
The contact numbers on these sites are those of the sellers agent or the owner. Unfortunately for the buyer, many of these advertised homes do not provide a history of the listing. When determining a market price it is important to know how long has the property been available at that price, and if it is a stagnant listing, what should the market price be? What is a good offer?

Additionally, almost every airpark community has a website to promote the park and its available inventory from the builders perspective.
Here's the deal.... we live in a information society, its good to know, however information does not equal knowledge...It doesn't cost you anything to use a buyers agent. They commissions on listed property are already factored in. If you deal with the sellers agent alone, you get no representation and the agent, who now becomes a neutral party, gets the full 6 or 7 % commission.
